RATES, TAXES, AMENITIES, AND DEPOSITS Rates start at $140 a night (single or double occupancy) and include a hearty breakfast. Each additional person (16 and older), $25 per night when occupying existing facilities. All rates are subject to lodging taxes: City–11%; State–4%; County–$2.25 per night. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation. Rates, taxes, and amenities are subject to change without notice when due to conditions beyond our control.
COURTESY DISCOUNTS – $5 per night discount for seniors (60+), active/retired military, and first responders. Ask about special rates for supporters of the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI), NPR, PBS, and the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
CANCELLATION POLICY – 72-hour cancellation notice is required or the full amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation. Reservations made less than 72 hours before arrival must be paid in full when the reservation is made and are non-refundable.
PETS AND CHILDREN – Due to some unfortunate incidents in the past, we no longer accept pets or small children.
RESERVATION POLICY – Reservations made through any of the online booking agencies (OTA) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Travelocity, Tripadvisor, etc., are 15% higher than our direct book rates. To avoid this surcharge, please book direct with The Inn via our website, email, or telephone. Reservations made through any of the OTA’s online booking services (Tripadvisor, Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) are NOT considered CONFIRMED until the guest’s deposit has been processed, our positive identification policies are satisfied, and a formal confirmation is issued directly from The Lattice Inn.
PAYMENT METHODS – We gladly accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, cash, personal checks, and corporate accounts.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES – Check out time is 11:00 a.m., unless arrangements have been made in advance for a later check out time. Guests are permitted to check in between 3:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. Later check in times are not recommended so as to minimize any inconvenience to other guests. Please contact the Innkeeper if arrangements need to be made to accommodate flight delays or other unforeseen conditions.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS – Stay during your birth month and take $10 off your rate! Stay during your anniversary month and enjoy a 1% discount for each year of your relationship up to 50% discount. Two-night minimum & conditions apply to birthday and anniversary offers. Discounted rates are available only via a direct booking and NOT through any OTA. Discounts must be claimed at the time the reservation is made as no adjustments permitted after reservation is confirmed. Discounts and special promotions may not be combined. Certain conditions and restrictions apply.
GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS – All guests are required to provide positive and verifiable identification before a reservation will be confirmed. This includes the name of each guest, physical address (home or business), telephone number, and direct email address of the person who makes the reservation.
OUR PLEDGE TO OUR GUESTS – The Lattice Inn welcomes all responsible guests regardless of their race, religion, ethnic origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We encourage our guests to “be themselves” here at The Lattice Inn. There will be no covert or overt effort to impose our personal religious, political, or social convictions on any of our guests or create an environment where such closely held convictions of our guests may feel unwelcome. IMPORTANT NOTICE! Effectively immediately, we have suspended our policy to refund deposits on reservations cancelled within the no-penalty cancellation window as per our Policies. All deposits will be carried forward as a credit toward a future stay. Once the COVID-19 crisis is over and we’re back in business, any deposits that have not been carried forward as credits, unless otherwise requested, will be refunded in the order in which a cancellation was received. We regret any inconvenience this change in our Refund Policy will cause our guests, but absent any incoming revenue to sustain the basic essentials of our business, we are left with few alternatives.
